Hi, I’m Niesha Davis—the founder, designer, and creative force behind xoxo, bijou (bee-shoo), based in Marietta, Georgia. I’m a wife, a mom of two grown kids (finally!), and a proud grandmother of two little ones who keep life full and joyful.

This brand didn’t start in a studio—it started with frustration.

As someone who can only wear clip-on earrings, I struggled to find styles that felt modern, bold, and truly me. The options were limited, uninspired, and honestly… forgettable. After one too many “there has to be something better than this” moments (and a push from my sister), I decided to create what I couldn’t find.

What began in 2019 as an idea turned into a mission. By November 13, 2020, I took a leap, left my full-time labor job, and chose entrepreneurship—betting on my creativity and determination to build something meaningful.

Every xoxo, bijou piece is rooted in that journey: handcrafted, thoughtfully designed, and made to stand out. From polymer clay beginnings to evolving mixed materials, the heart of the brand remains the same—bold, unique designs made for real people who want more from their accessories.

Meet the Founder

Hi, I’m Niesha—the designer and founder behind xoxo, bijou (bee-shoo).

I created this brand out of a very real need. As someone who wears clip-on earrings, I struggled to find styles that felt bold, modern, and actually worth wearing. Everything I came across felt outdated or uninspired—and I knew I couldn’t be the only one feeling that way.

So I stopped searching and started creating.

What began as a personal solution quickly turned into a passion. In 2020, I made the decision to walk away from my full-time job and fully step into entrepreneurship—building xoxo, bijou from the ground up with creativity, determination, and a vision for something better.

Every piece you see is designed with intention. I focus on statement styles that stand out, feel good to wear, and give you options—especially if you’ve ever felt overlooked by traditional jewelry.

Today, I design for women who want more than accessories.
They want pieces that express who they are—bold, confident, and unapologetic.
